When I lived in Santa Barbara, USA, I worked for the City Council as a Gang Prevention Specialist. In the council we offered mentoring and apprenticeship programmes for businesses and it revitalised the city. Due to Covid many of our businesses have been impacted. Parts of our city look tired, so let's inject the energy back and establish excellent working relationships and partnerships.
